About Annoying Noises
This site is here for one reason and one reason only: The search for the most annoying noise possible. To this end, a darwinistic approach seemed more feasible than a top-down development. By using the populace as both selector and creator, it is possible to create a population/collection of sounds which is rated and inspires new contributions.
