The intention of this site is to make an expandable resource of annoying noises. All the content should be free to use, by anyone, in any situation. By allowing everyone to upload whatever they have, the problem may arise that the collection will contain copyrighted material, or other illegal content. To go against this, the user that uploads something has been asked if the content meets the legal requirements. If you encounter anything illegal, please report it to the webmaster.
